Terms of use

NewPoint Sync reads prices and stock from your NewPoint database and updates the matching products in your Zid store. It matches products by part number (SKU).

It does not create products, and it does not change names, images, descriptions or categories. It never writes to NewPoint.

• An active Zid store.
• A NewPoint database our server can reach, and a read-only SQL login for it.
• Products in Zid whose SKU matches the NewPoint part number.

180 SAR every 30 days, or 1,800 SAR every 365 days. Both plans start with 14 free days.

The monthly plan adds a one-time setup fee of 500 SAR, charged by Zid at the first install, for setup by our team. If you uninstall during the free days, we refund it. The yearly plan has no setup fee.

Zid bills you, renews the subscription and issues invoices. Other refunds follow Zid's App Market rules.

Uninstall the app from your Zid dashboard at any time. Syncing stops, and your data is deleted 30 days later.

For synced products, NewPoint's price and stock win. A price or stock you change in Zid by hand is replaced on the next sync. Check your NewPoint prices before installing.

We work to keep the sync running, but we can't promise it never stops. It waits when NewPoint or Zid can't be reached, and resumes when they are back. Large changes can take longer to reach Zid because of Zid's request limits.

• Keep the NewPoint login working, and tell us if it changes.
• Make sure the prices and stock in NewPoint are right.
• Don't use the app against Zid's rules or the law.

We are not liable for losses caused by wrong data in NewPoint, by Zid, or by a delay in syncing. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

We may pause syncing for a store whose subscription is unpaid, or that misuses the service.

These terms follow the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Using the app after a change means you accept it.
