Privacy policy

• Your Zid store: its id, name and the owner's email, as Zid shares them at install.
• Zid access tokens, so the app can update your products.
• Your NewPoint connection: server, database name, SQL user and password.
• Your products: part numbers, prices and stock per warehouse, read from NewPoint and Zid.
• Sync history: what was sent to Zid, when, and what was not sent.

Your customers, orders or payment details. Zid handles billing, so card details never reach us.

Only to run the sync, show you its status, and help you when you contact support. We don't sell your data or use it for ads.

• Zid: we send your prices and stock through Zid's API.
• Our hosting provider, which runs the servers the app uses.
• Our team, to set up and support your store. Every change an admin makes is logged.

Passwords and access tokens are encrypted before they are stored. The app reads NewPoint with a read-only login and never writes to it. Admins sign in with a password, and sessions expire.

We use only these cookies, none for analytics or ads:

• A sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in to your store page.
• Your language and theme.

While the app is installed. When you uninstall it, we delete your store's data 30 days later. Reinstalling within those 30 days keeps your setup.

Ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it sooner. Write to support and we act on it within 30 days.

When this policy changes, we update this page and the date above.
