What it takes care of
- Matching
- By part number. A Zid product syncs when its SKU equals the NewPoint code.
- Warehouses
- Each NewPoint warehouse feeds the Zid branch you pick. Several can feed one branch.
- New year database
- NewPoint opens a new database each year. The app follows it on its own.
- Read only
- Nothing in NewPoint is ever changed.
- Zid limits
- 50 products per request, inside Zid's 60 requests a minute.
- Left alone
- Names, images, descriptions and categories stay as you set them in Zid. No products are created.

Questions
Does it change anything in NewPoint?
No. It signs in with a SQL user that can only read, and it only reads prices and stock.
What if a part number is not in my Zid store?
It shows under Not sent in the app. Add the product to Zid with that part number and it syncs on the next run.
My NewPoint runs on a computer in the shop.
Not yet. Today the app reads NewPoint over the internet, so our server must be able to reach it. Contact support to check your setup before installing.
What happens when NewPoint starts a new year?
NewPoint opens a new database, like NP1Y2027. The app finds it, imports once, and carries on.
Who sets it up?
Our team connects your NewPoint after you install, and you pick the warehouses. Setup is included in the yearly plan. On the monthly plan a 500 SAR one-time fee covers it, refunded if you cancel during the free days.
How do I cancel?
Uninstall the app from your Zid dashboard. Billing stops, and your store's data is deleted 30 days later. If you uninstall during the 14 free days, you pay no subscription and we refund the setup fee.
